I couldn't bring myself to go back to it, so I had to look up the synopsis of the book on google, and here's what I've gathered in a nutshell: That was about quarter of a way in, when I was so sickened I was just like "nah." So, as I mentioned, I gave up on this book. I hope this is true, and if so it's an actual crime to have Andrew's name even associated with this mess. Somebody mentioned to me that Virginia Andrews actually passed away shortly after the publication of the first book, and that the others are the work of a ghostwriter continuing her unfinished sequel and further ideas for the series. I don't understand how this is even the same author. Where to start with this book? How about the fact that it disgusted me so much I abandoned it? How about the fact that this has completely put me off the further books in the series? To continue publishing, please remove it or upload a different image. Oops!
